Co-evolution

Co-evolution is when two organisms interact with each other. In the co-evolutionary relationship the interactions between the organisms cause each organism to evolve. A cycle develops where adaptation in the first organism causes the second organism to evolve, which then causes the first organism to evolve and so on.

We like to apply co-evolution principle to our working practices. We know that working with charities and projects that create awareness and educate the public are invaluable for many reasons. They help us learn and develop personally and as a company. If the charitable sector and the business sector work hand in hand, utilising each others influence and expertise the co-evolutionary relationship will be in synergy.
